1kg lamb pieces
1 big onion
½ green pepper
½ red pepper
2 carrots
A few broccoli florets
A few cauliflower florets
½ cup corn(frozen)
½ punnet sugar snap peas(mangetout)
½ punnet of baby corn
½ cup mix veg(frozen) (optional)
1 cup celery (cut up)
A handful of fresh parsley
Salt to taste
1 tsp whole jeero
1 tsp dhania/jeero
1 Tblsp garlic
1 Tbls ginger
1 tsp ginger masala
1 Tblsp green chillies
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp aromat
1 tsp Portuguese Peri Peri spice
1 tsp garlic and herb
1 tsp lemon and herb
1 tsp Cajun spice
2 Tblsp lemon juice
1 pkt thick vegetables soup mix
1 can sugar beans or 1-2 cups sugar beans(cooked)
1 cup 4 in 1 soup mix
Braise onion in a little oil with jeero till onion is transparent, add your meat and spices and cook till water burn out then braise meat for a few minutes. Add the cut up veggies, 4 in 1 soup mix and Add a kettle of water. Let it cook for about 30 minutes then add the sugar beans and make a paste with the pkt of soup mix and add, Add more boiling water and let this simmer for another hour. Garnish with a dash of parsley.
