Liquorice ice cream (19.07.07)

1 litre milk

2 eggs
Beat together and place on the stove to boil.

Add to milk 1 Tbsp custard powder dissolved in water

Remove from heat and add:

1 big nestle cream
1 big tin ideal milk
1 big tin condensed milk
Beat well

2 packets liquorice toffee melted in one cup milk which you remove from the 1 litre before adding eggs .
Once toffee melts add to egg and milk mixture.
Make sure mixture is nice and cold before making ice cream.


Leave in fridge to cool
Add flavour of your choice

Different flavours:

1. Liquidised mango pulp
2. granadilla pulp
3. 4 big flakes of caramel essence
4. 4 big peppermint crisp and peppermint essence
5. Liquorice toffee
