Ingredients
1 kilo Channa Flour
¼ Cup Milk
2 tblsps Ghee
Make the above ingredients into breadcrumbs.
Method
1. Braise the breadcrumbs in 550g of pure butter- must be golden brown in colour.
2. Cool well and then add 250g klim and from the one kilo icing sugar take out 1 cup.
3. Add 2tsps elachi and 1 cup of chopped pecans into the mixture
4. Mix with your hands and then leave to set in the pan.
5. Decorate with pecan nuts.
