2 cups magni daar (soak overnight)
green chillies,garlic,ginger and green dhana(if there isn’t fresh then from the freezer is fine)liquidize all together(not too fine)if mixture is too dry add a little water(not too much that mixture gets soft).then add 1/2 small onion chopped, lots of freshly chopped green dhana and green onions, salt to tase,1/4 teaspoon arad and 1 teaspoon dry ground dhana.lastly before frying add 2 level teaspoons baking powder and 2 tablespoons chana flour(if mixture is too soft more chana flour may be needed) mix together nicely and fry like bhajias.serve with fresh green dhana chutney and enjoy!!!

Make vagaar Add spices Dhana / jeeroo (1½tsp) Arid (¼ tsp) Kashmiri chilli powder 1½tsp Saute for a few mins Add 2 grated tomatoes Allow to cook Add half roll of cut up pateria do not stir too much done in under 10mins
