2 cups magni daar (soak overnight)
green chillies,garlic,ginger and green dhana(if there isn’t fresh then from the freezer is fine)liquidize all together(not too fine)if mixture is too dry add a little water(not too much that mixture gets soft).then add 1/2 small onion chopped, lots of freshly chopped green dhana and green onions, salt to tase,1/4 teaspoon arad and 1 teaspoon dry ground dhana.lastly before frying add 2 level teaspoons baking powder and 2 tablespoons chana flour(if mixture is too soft more chana flour may be needed) mix together nicely and fry like bhajias.serve with fresh green dhana chutney and enjoy!!!
