Ingredients:
2 cups cake flour
2 Tsbp ghee
2 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp kajoo
1 Tbsp pistachios
1 ½ Tbsp almonds
½ tsp chillie powder
¾ cup ghee
1 cup sugar
Method:
Take cake flour and add Ghee and Tbsp oil, mixed well, and make dough with tap water and make like muthiya and fry it in oil when it is done then break it in ½ piece, and when its warm then grind it and take out in a bowl.
Now take Kajoo and pistachio, almonds and elachi powder crushed it in grinder and mix well with other mixture what you added in the bowl
Now take 1 cup sugar and throw into mixture and mix well.
And take ¾ cup ghee make it hot and throw into mixture and mix well then make it into a small ball and decorate with crushed pista or what ever you want to decorate it with.
