1 cup sugar
1 egg
Add 1 tsp apricot jam
1 cup flour
¼ self rising flour
1 tsp baking powder
Add this to the above mixture
Add in salt
1 tsp melted margarine
1 tsp vinegar
1 cup milk
1 tsp bi-carb
Combine and add to mixture
Bake in oven
Syrup
½ – 1 cup fresh cream
60 grams butter
1 cup sugar
½ cup water
Vanilla essence
Boil the above together
Pour over hot pudding and serve with custard or fresh cream.
