2 eggs
1 cup castor sugar }Beat together
1 Tbsp apricot jam }
½ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 Tbsp butter
1¼ cup flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarb
½ cup peanuts chopped optional
Method
1 Pour in greased square pan/ oven proof bowl
2. Bake at 180° for 30-40 min
Sauce:
250 ml fresh cream
½ sugar
30g butter blob
½ orange juice
Methid:
1 simmer in pot. Prick cake with fork and pour sauce over it bit by bti when cake is hot.
