Ingredients :
1 cup mango pulp
½ cup sugar
1 tin evaporated milk – chilled
Method :
– Mix all the above ingredients thoroughly and freeze until it begins to thicken.
– Remove from the freezer and whisk the mixture till smooth.
– Then put again to freeze.
MANGO ICE CREAM 2
Ingredients :
2 cups mango pulp
¾ cup sugar
2 cups cream
Method :
– Mix all the above ingredients thoroughly and chill till cold.
– Pour into a bowl or ice tray.
– Cover with foil and freeze it without stirring till ice cream is firm.
