1 ½ cups mango juice
1 pkt. Orange jelly
1 cup lightly whipped cream
1 cup hot water
Mix the jelly with the hot water add 3 ice cubes, allow to cool.
Once cooled add the mango juice and mix well.
Fold whipped cream into the above mixture.
Allow the soufflé to set in the fridge, then decorate with mango balls and mint
