187g butter
1 ½ cup sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla Essence
½ cup oil
4 jumbo eggs
1 pkt self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
+- 1 ¼ cup milk water
3 Tbsp cacao
METHOD:
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla essence. Add oil and mix well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each other addition. Sift together flour and baking powder. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and mix thoroughly. Add 1 cup milk water and mix well. In a separate bowl mix 1/3 of mixture with 3 Tbsp sifted cacao and ¼ cup milk water mix well. Pour half plain mixture into greased lined, loaf pan. Then pour ½ of the chocolate mixture and swirl with a fork. Repeat step 8 and 9 with the reminder of the mixtures. Bake @ 180 for 1 hour 10 minutes or until skewer inserted comes out clean.
