STEP 1:
5teaspoon gelatine
1cup boilin water
Dissolve gelatine in boiling water
STEP 2
2 cup white sugar
1 egg white
1/2 teaspoon cream o? tartar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Mix together and add Step 1
Than beat evrything on a high speed for 15min. Pour into a well greased pan and set for approx. 2hours. Cut with a oiled knife and dip in toasted coconut.
