INGREDIENTS
250g Butter
¾ Cup Castor Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Teaspoons Baking powder
Pinch of Salt
1 Cup Oil
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Jam or butter icing for decorating.
METHOD
Cream butter and castor sugar. Add oil, eggs-beat well. Add the rest of the ingredients. Form a soft dough.Shape.Bake at 180 degrees for 15- 20 mins. Paste together with jam or icing.
