1 pkt tennis biscuits
1 litre milk
1 tin condense milk
5 heaped tblsp maizena
1 tblsp butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
pinch of salt
Method
•crush biscuits fine and make a base with some soft butter
•mix maziena with a little milk
•boil rest of milk and condense milk together
•stir occasionaly but ensure that it does not burn
•when at boiling point mix maziena in and stir till thick
•take off stove mix in butter essnce and salt
•pour mixture over biscuits
•sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top and serve chilled
