MILKY BAR SOJI
1& 1/2 cups soji
1/2 cup of ghee
1/4 cup of oil
1/2 cup of powdered klim milk
1/2 cup of nestle cream
1/2 slab of white baking choclate (milkybar)
4 cups of water
1& 1/2 cups of sugar (heap)
1& 1/2 teaspoon crushed elachi
2 dessert spoons rosewater
1/2 cup of sliced almonds
1/4 cup sultanas
2 dessert spoons pistachio(sliced)
1/2 cup of coconut
METHOD
1. To a pot, add water, klim powder, sugar, Nestlé cream, and milky bar white chocalate
2. Bring the mixture to a boil and keep the mixture aside
3.Heat ghee and oil in a separate pot
4. Add soji and allow mixture to braise until pink
5. Add milk mixture to the soji and stir thoroughly
6. Allow it to simmer for 10 to 15 minutes on slow heat (stir a number of times)
7. Add the almonds, sultanas, coconut and pistachios to the soji
8. Ready to serve
NB
Before adding the milk mixture to the soji, the mixture must reach a boiling point( to avoid lumps)
