Make a potato filling of choice.
Unroll Todays Pastry and roll out into a rectangle.
Brush ghee/oil mixture
Roll up into a swill roll
Cut into circles.
Roll each circle out and brush with egg.
Put potato filling on one circle and cover with another circle.
NOW FREEZER SUITABLE.

Fry on Tawa drizzling ghee on either side until its golden brown. Enjoy with chutney.
