1 can of mixed fruits
2 cups flour
2 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp fine sugar
2 Tbsp walnuts (chopped)
Few walnuts halved (for decoration)
Whipped cream
Method:
Drain syrup from the fruit. Arrange fruits in oven proof dish and sprinkle about ½ cup of syrup over fruits. Sieve flour in a bowl and mix butter until the mixture resembles bread crumbs. Mix sugar and chopped walnuts with the mixture. Then sprinkle over the fruits. Bake in a moderately heated oven for approximately 30 minutes. Decorate with halved walnuts and serve with whipped cream
