Tropical juice
makes ± 6 liters.
1 kg of strawberries. 1 l water liquidize.
1 lemon remove seeds 1 l water liquidize and strain.
1 pineapple cleaned n cubed and 1 l water liquidize. (If pine is Souris add a cup sugar when liquidizing).
1 l orange juice. 2 tea bags boil with 1 L water (u can use flavor infused tea bags, or rooibos tea).
Make a syrup of two cups sugar to one cup water.
Mix everything together and freeze for few hours before serving,
ICED TEA
2 cups boiling water
3 Lipton teabags
1/2 cup roses lime cordial
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
1/2L ginger ale
Method:
1. Add tea bags to the boiling water. Leave in airtight container and cool completely
2. Add lime cordial
3. Make a syrup with the water and the sugar until the sugar just dissolves. Do not make a sticky syrup
4. Add to above and refrigerate or freeze
5. When ready to serve add ginger ale
6. Serve well chilled
Summer Sparkle
3-liter cream soda, 3-liter sprite, 1 bottle 750ml passionfruit cordial, 1-liter orange juice, 1 liter litchi juice. Garnish with lemon slices, mint leaves n granadilla pulp. Makes a lot
