Ingredients:
500ml cake flour (2 cups)
125ml Cocoa (½ cup)
1 tsp bicarb
2ml salt
1¼ tsp
375ml castor sugar (1½ cups)
The following must be whisked together:
3 Extra large egg yolks
125ml oil (½ cup)
250ml sour milk (1 cup)
Preheat the oven to 180*c.Grease two loose bottomed tins. Sift the dry ingredients. Whisk the egg yolk, oil and sour milk together. Blend the well with the dry ingredients. Divide the batter between the two tins. Bake for about 35-40 mins. Cool and ice with batter cream or whateva frosting you would like to use.
