2 ½ cups mushrooms sliced
1 onion chopped
1 tblsp butter or margarine
1 ½ dessertspoon crushed green chillies
1 dessertspoon fine salt or to taste
1 tsp pepper
2 dessertspoons lemon juice
2 dessertspoons soya sauce
2 dessertspoons Worcester sauce
½ cup greens – spring onions and dhania
Braise mushrooms and onions in butter or margarine.
Let mixture simmer for a few minutes on medium heat.
Add chillies, salt and lemon juice.
When all the water is absorbed add soya sauce and Worcester sauce.
Remove from stove. Add greens
Keep filling saucy
