2 chicken fillets
1 onion
1 tin Heinz mushroom soup
1 tin cream style corn
200ml cremendous cream
2 Tbsp ghee
1 tsp salt
1 tsp green chillies & garlic masala
¼ tsp lemon pepper
¼ tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp vermicelli
2 Tbsp oats.
Method:
Sauté onion in ghee and add cubed chicken fillet
Add green masala and spices, braise well
Add vermicelli and oats.
Lastly add soup, cream style corn and cream, water or milk
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
