1 ½ cups castor sugar } Beat together until light & fluffy
1 egg yolk
2 tsp elachi powder
2 cups coconut
¼ tsp bicarb
+- 2 ½ cups flour
Add flour a little at a time. Dough will be ready if when you poke your finger into the dough and your finger comes out clean. Roll into balls make cut on ball. Put slice of badam. Bake at 180° until light golden brown.
