Ingredients;
1 cup ghee
1 cup castor
1 egg yolk
½ cup rough ¼ tsp elachi
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp b/carb
Method;
Mix ghee and castor sugar and beat well till white and fluffy, add in yolk, elachi, baking powder, B/carb, coconut and flour as required to make a firm dough. Roll into medium sized balls and place in baking tray. Put a whole almond/ Badam on each one and bake @ 180 and enjoy.
