Ingredients
1 ¾ cup self raising flour
1 tsp salt
¼ cup yoghurt
½ cup warm water
Method
- Mix the flour, salt, and yoghurt together
- Add water a little at a time to make a soft dough.
- Knead and cover with a cloth, leave for 1 hour.
- Preheat grill and place a baking tray under the grill.
- Divide the dough into eight pieces.
- Roll out into round rotis.
- Place 2 rotis at a time on the heated baking tray and bake until light brown specks appear.
- Remove from oven and brush with melted butter.
