3 naartjie peeled
2 oranges
1/2 cup sugar
1/4cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4cup oil
green chillies
curry leaves
garlic
2 tab methie masala
2 tsp chilli powder
Sprinkle methi masala and chilli powder over naartjie. Boil sugar water and vinegar for 10 mins. Cool and pour over naartjiess
Heat oil hot with 2 slit green chillies,1/4 tsp garlic and some mustard seeds and curry leaves. pour over naartjies and serve cold.
