Ingredients
100g Margarine/butter
45ml Golden Syrup
200g Tennis/Marie Biscuits crushed
60ml Seedless Raisins
100g Cadburys plain chocolate broken into pieces
Icing sugar for sifting
Method
1. Melt butter and syrup in a saucepan
2. Add crushed biscuits raisins and chopped chocolate
3. Stir the ingredients together until thoroughly mixed and the chocolate has melted.
4. Press the mixture into a pan
5. Refrigerate until set
6. When set cut into squares
7. Dust with icing sugar
