Nutella cookies (26.11.15)

Makes: 15- 20 cookies
Time: 1 hour

You will need:
250g Self Raising Flour
125g White sugar
125g Brown Sugar
Pinch of Salt
100g Butter
50g Nutella
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Essence

How to prepare:
Step 1: Heat oven to 180 degrees
Step 2: Mix the flour, white sugar, brown sugar and salt
Step 3: Melt the butter and Nutella and pour over the flour. Add in the egg and vanilla essence
Step 4: Stir with a wooden spoon and cool for half an hour
Step 5: Make balls with the dough
Step 6: Bake on a tray with greaseproof paper on it
Step 7: Bake for 8-10mins
