Cake:
3/4 of 250g of butter(180g)
1cup of sugar
Cream butter and sugar.
3eggs(one at a time)
2cups of self raising flour
Pinch of salt
2/3 cup of orange juice
Bake for 30 – 45 minutes at 180degree
Syrup:
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1/3 cup of castor sugar
1tsp rind of orange
Give the above a boil.
Pour cold syrup over hot cake
