½ liter water
¾ cup sugar
½ tsp lemon juice
¾ tsp ghaas powder
¼ tsp egg yellow
½ cup fresh granadilla pulp
½ liter milk
½ sp mazina
1 tsp custard powder
½ x 397g tin condensed milk
½ x 155g tin cream
Boil the water, sugar, lemon juice, egg yellow and ghaas powder together
Remove from stove & add the granadilla .
Pour into dessert bowl & leave to set for 1 hour.
Mix milk, ghaas powder, mazina & custard powder together.
Beat well & cook until milk reaches boiling point.
Remove from heat & add condensed milk & cream.
Beat & pour over granadilla pulp that has already set.
Decorate with tinned cream & granadilla pips.
