Ingredients:
4 egg whites
250g castor sugar
5ml white vinegar or lemon juice
250ml fresh cream
Strawberries ½
Granadilla pulp
Kiwi fruit
Method:
Grease pan
Whisk egg whites till stiff. Add ½ of castor sugar and beat add remaining castor sugar & vinegar beat until very glossy. Pipe or spread meringue mixture to the pyrex bowl. Bake at 150degrees for 15 min. Reduce heat 100 degrees and bake for 1 hour. Top with whipped cream. Cover sides with kiwi plus strawberry or any other fresh or canned fruits.
