Ingredients
½ lb Butter
½ Cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup coconut
1 cup dates- chopped fine
¾ cup pecans chopped fine
1 tsp water
1 tsp vanilla essence
Pinch salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups flour to make soft dough
Method
Beat butter and sugar well and add rest of ingredients and mix well. Add flour to make a soft dough. Put through a big nozzle and bake at 180 in oven till done. Cool and then dip half biscuit in chocolate and sift icing sugar over other half.
