1 ½ CUPS ICING SUGAR
3 TBLSP CONDENSED MILK
¼ CUP NESTLES CREAM
1 TSP ROSE WATER
¼ TSP
ELACHI POWDER

METHOD
SIFT NESPRAY AND ICING SUGAR INTO A BOWL, ADD CONDENSE MILK, NESLTES CREAM, ROSE WATER, AND ELACHI POWDER AND MIX TO FORM SOFT DOUGH. MAKE INTO SMALL POTIONS AND PLACE INTO PAPER CUPS. DECORATE WITH COLOURED ALMONDS.
