Ingredients:
1 box pyhllo pastry
Golden syrup1 cup almonds1 cup coconut1 cup pecan nuts, chopped½ tsp elachie powder
Approx ½ of 397gCondensed milk
Method:
Slice phyllo pastry inot 5mm long strips. Place a few strips into pastry pans. Make a filling with almonds, coconut, pecan nuts and enough condensed milk to blend. Place 1 tsp filling over phyllo strips and cover with more phyllo strips which should be opened up. Bake at 160ºfor 5 minutes then lower the heat remove from oven when pink. Dribble golden syrup and coloured badaam over phyllo cups and bake for another 5 minutes.
