250ml sour cream
250ml fresh cream
¾ tin condensed milk
1 * 410g tin crushed pineapple
1 small tin granadilla
Pulp (optional)
1 level tsp ghas powder
1 tblsp sugar
Method:
Mix together ghaas powder with hot water.
Boil granadilla pulp with sugar.
Add ghaas mixture and leave to cool.
Beat sour cream and fresh cream together slightly.
Add crushed pineapple.
Then add condensed milk and ghaas mixture.
Decorate and leave in fridge to set.
