Clean anddevein and wash your prawns and drain in cooler.
Braise 1 big onion sliced finely and fried in 2tbsp ghee
Add chopped chopped garlic cloves
I Tbsp chopped spring onion and fresh ginger 4-5 julienne strips
Add 3-4 cinnamon sticks
Add ½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp white pepper
¼ tsp
Braise well
½ carrot cut into rings.
Add water and lower heat
Liquidize ¼ bunch of spinach
¼ cup lemon juice
½ turnip
½ carrot
Add to pot
Allow to boil well.
Add 2 Tbsp white onion soup to 2 cups water and boil add to pot.
Garnish with green dhania or fresh parsley chopped.
Allow to thicken on low heat and serve with toast
