200g pumpkin
¼ tsp methi seeds
½ tsp mustard seeds
¼ tsp haldi
½ tsp chilie powder
1 tsp dhana and jeera powder
½ tsp red masala
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp oil
1 onion – sliced
Dhanya to garnish
Method:
Heat oil, add mustard and methi seeds, then ad onion and garlic. Braise for a while till aroma arises. Add all spices with pumpkin, simmer for 5 minutes then add water and cook. Lastly add sugar and steam for 5 minutes. Garnish with dhanya. Serve with pap or rice.
