QUICHE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
4 EGGS
4 TBLSP FLOUR
WHISK THESE TWO ABOVE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
THEN ADD TO ABOVE MIXTURE THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS:
1 CUP COOKED CHICKEN
1 CUP BOILED SPAGHETTI
1 CUP STEAMED CORN
1 SMALL ONION CHOPPED
½ CUP GREEN PEPPER
1 CUP GRATED CHEESE
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
4 TBLSP SOFT BUTTER
2 TBLSP OIL

SOME GREEN DHANIA
250ml FRESH CREAM
1 TSP GROUND GREEN CHILLIES
SALT TO TASTE
¼ TSP GROUND BLACK PEPPER
STIR AND MIX WELL
SPRINKLE SESAME SEEDS ON TOP.

BAKE ON 180c UNTIL DONE. WHEN COLD CUT INTO SQUARES AND SERVE. QUICHE CAN ALSO BE FROZEN. BEST TO BE MADE IN A PYREX… MAKE SURE TO GREASE YOUR PYREX WELL ..ENJOY
