1 x (200g) packet tennis biscuits crushed
1 x (225g) canned peaches slices
1 x (310g) Nestles cream lightly beaten until smooth
½ x (397g) can condensed milk
1 x (100g) chocolate grated
½ cup pecan nuts chopped
Method:
Drain out syrup from can peach slices, into a bowl. Add biscuit crumbs, condensed milk, chocolate, pecan nuts and half the cream. Reserve a few peach slices for decoration. Chop the rest and add to biscuit mixture. Mix well and spread into a dessert bowl. Spread remaining cream over evenly. Decorate with; peach slices, chocolate, pecan nuts, mint leaves. Refrigerate
