QUICK EASY TARTAR SAUCE RECIPE

Half cup of Mayyonaise
Salt to taste
Pinch of sugar
Pinch of mustard powder ..optional
Chopped gherkins..u cause the bottled one
Chopped or grated carrot

Mix well..

MUSHROOM SAUCE RECIPE

3 heaped tblsp butter

3 tblsp cake flour

Braise in a sauce pan till light golden

Add in 2 cups milk and keep whisking till it boils and thickens

U can add some fresh cream if u like

Season with salt and pepper

Add in 1 cup of sauteed mushrooms

LEMON BUTTER SAUCE WITH CHILLI
Ingredients

30 gm butter

200 ml fresh cream

1 tbsp lemon juice

Salt

¼ tsp red chilli flakes or crushed green chilli..U may add more depending on how string u want it

METHOD

Melt the butter in a pan.

Once the butter begins to sizzle, add the chilli flakes and crushed green chillie

Now stir in your cream.

Allow the sauce to thicken for a few minutes

Season with lemon juice and salt before serving.
