2 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
3 Tbsp castor sugar
½ cup butter
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
Method:
Place first 4 ingredients into a food processor, process till mixture is fine and crumbly. Beat eggs and milk together and slowly add to the mixture in the processor. Dough should be very soft, more like a batter and you should be able to drop it form a spoon. Take a Tbsp of mixture and spoon it onto a baking sheet/ tray. Bake at 200C for 12 minutes. These scones are delicious served with butter and cheese or Cream and jam.
