Raffello biscuit recipe (01.11.12)
INGREDIENTS
125g butter
½ cup icing sugar
½ cup oil
½ cup chopped nuts
½ tsp baking powder
½ cup corn flour/maziena
2 -3 cups flour to make dough
Milky bar chocolate
Coconut
Method
1. Cream butter and sugar
2. Beat in oil and then add dry ingredients and nuts.
3. Make into a soft dough
4. Roll into 10g balls and bake at 180d for 15 minutes
5. Allow to cool before removing from tray
DECORATE
Balls in melted milky bar chocolate and roll in coconut. Place in mini paper holders and dust with sparkle glitter
