Red Velvet Melting Moments (27.10.16)

Ingredients
250 g butter
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup cornflour
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 ½ tbls crimpson pink food colour
1/2 tsp salt
1 ½ cup flour
1. Cream butter and sugar well.
2. Add colour and vanilla and mix.
3. Add maziena and salt and mix.
4. Add flour to make soft dough (more flour can be added to make soft dough)
5. Cut shapes or nozzle.
6. Bake @160 for15 min.
Cream cheese icing
113g cream cheese
1 tbls butter
1 cup icing sugar

Beat cream cheese and butter well. Add sifted icing sugar and beat. Sandwich biscuits when cold. Store biscuits in fridge and bring to room temperature before serving.
