1 chicken cut cleaned and washed
3 tblsp MAGIC MASALA.
1tsp salt;
1tsp Arad;
1tab dry dhana
1tsp whole jeero
5 tab lemon juice and 5 tab tomato puree
Method
Marinate chicken in above mixture Warm ghee and oil in pot Once it’s hot cook chicken on low till water burns out Fry potatoe wedges and add to chicken Garnish with green dhana and serve with puris Optional u cand even add boiled eggs after chicken is cooked
