Roghni Naan Puri (Safeera Kaka)

3 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
2 dessert tbl butter
2 level tbl sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup inkomaas or yogurt
1/2 cup milk

Beat the sugar and butter until creamy. Gradually add the maas, milk and slowly add the flour and baking powder until you get a soft dough.
Rest the dough overnight or for a few hours
Roll and cut like puri. Brush with extra milk and top with khus khus seeds.
Fry in medium hot oil till puffed up and golden
Serve.
