Roghni Naan recipe

4 cups flour
2 healped tblsp ghee
1 packet 10g instant yeast
1 tsp salt
1 cup yoghurt at room temperature
1 egg
2 tblsp sugar
lukewarm milk to make soft dough

Method
Beat egg and yoghurt together. Sift flour and salt. rub in ghee and rest of ingredients. Make dough with yoghurt and milk.
leave to rise. Make 8 to 10 balls. Roll out thick, brush ghee and sprinkle tal/ sesame seeds. Bake till done.  Can be frozen
