Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- 300 – 350grms flaked coconut- toast till edges are golden brown for ±8 mins
- 100 grms plain pistachio- toast for ±12 mins
- 150grms raw almonds- sliced in ½- toast for±12 mins
- 100grms unsalted cashew nuts- halved- toast for ±12 mins
- 150grms Woollies soft eating gums- cut into 4 using scissors
- 150grms Sally Williams Turkish Delight (½ box)- cut into pieces using a scissors, coat in a little mazeina to avoid sticking
- 1 x 110grms Sally Williams Macadamia Nougat- cut into pieces as above
- 3 Liquorice strips- cut into pieces
- 1 x 50grms pkt Halaal marshmallows cut into smaller pieces
- 150grms Jelly Tots
- ¾ cup icing sugar
Toss all ingredients together except the icing sugar.
Lastly add in icing sugar & mix well, store in an airtight container
