Rolls Royce Munchies – 20 March 2014

Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  1. 300 – 350grms flaked coconut- toast till edges are golden brown for ±8 mins
  2. 100 grms plain pistachio- toast for ±12 mins
  3. 150grms raw almonds- sliced in ½- toast for±12 mins
  4. 100grms unsalted cashew nuts- halved- toast for ±12 mins
  5. 150grms Woollies soft eating gums- cut into 4 using scissors
  6. 150grms Sally Williams Turkish Delight (½ box)- cut into pieces using a scissors, coat in a little mazeina to avoid sticking
  7. 1 x 110grms Sally Williams Macadamia Nougat- cut into pieces as above
  8. 3 Liquorice strips- cut into pieces
  9. 1 x 50grms pkt Halaal marshmallows cut into smaller pieces
  10. 150grms Jelly Tots
  11. ¾   cup icing sugar

Toss all ingredients together except the icing sugar.
Lastly add in icing sugar & mix well, store in an airtight container
