INGREDIENTS
3 eggs separated
1 cup castor sugar
¼ cup oil
2 tblsp cocoa
½ cup boiling water
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
METHOD
Beat egg whites stiff.
Add in sugar and beat. Add in egg yolks and beat well.
Add flour; mix well with a metal spoon. Mix in oil, cocoa and water together.
Then add in baking powder and mix well.
Pour batter into cup cake cases or greased cup cake pans.
Bake till done. When cool spread a thin layer of caramel treat over each cupcake.
Pipe rosettes of fresh cream on top and place a Rolo over..
