Ingredients:
4 Tbsp sago
2 Tbsp water
1 ltr milk
1 tsp china grass powder
2 tsp custard powder
1x 155g tin cream
1 x 397g tin condensed milk
Method:
Soak sago in a little water for a few minutes.Heat milk, sago, china grass powder and custard powder until it reaches boiling point. Remove from stove and add cream and condensed milk.Pour into serving dish and chill.Decorate with cream and strawberries.
