Ingredients
180ml Sago (soaked in water)
6 Cups milk
1 Large can Nestle Cream
1 large tin ideal milk
375ml sugar
1 large tin Guava fruit lightly liquidized to pulp
5 banana’s cut into circles
Method
1. Boil the milk and sago together till sago is transparent.
2. Add the sugar and simmer then leave to cool
3. Mix nestle cream and ideal milk together.
4. Liquidize guava’s to light pulp add all remaininig ingredients. Cut banana’s into circles and mix well.
5. Serve chilled with dollop of fresh cream if desired.
NOTE: This pudding does not set, it is a milky thick and creamy soft pudding.
