1 cup cake flour
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup water or more
Method
Liquidize till smooth thereafter form in a small non stick pan.
Try to make pancakes as thin as possible.
Filling
Saute 1 small onion in oil/ghee then add
1/2 kg cubed fillet
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp chicken spice
1 tbspl green masala
Pinch of arad
Cook meat till its done then add
2 tblsp steers garlic sauce
2 tblsp steers mustard sauce
Leave mixture to cool completely, add grated cheese and greens.
